Q: Will you sent first?
A: Absolutely NOT! I have had the least amount of people jipping me on the internet because I've had this rule since day one. I have been trading for over five years now, and I never send first. Even if I have traded with you a million times I will not send first. If I do have a history of trading with you, I will however send at the same time. This however, is up to me and the amount of trust I am putting with the person I am trading with. I WILL NEVER SEND FIRST!
Q: What is your policy on shipping trades?
A: When you do a trade you pay for the shipping it takes to get your stuff to me and I pay the shipping it takes to get to you. If the shipping is off it doesn't matter... we decided on the trade and we do the shipping that it costs.
Q: Do I sell copied CDs?
A: NO NO NO! I will sell originals, but I do not sell CD-R's under any circumstance!
Q: What is the quality of your tapes?
A: Under most circumstances the best quality of videos that I have are in the appearance category. There are some exceptions, but those are the best because they tape from TV. A home video is by no means as good as quality as an appearance, and don't ever expect it to be. I won't sell a home video that is impossible to see or hear, but please ask quality before you send your payment or trade. Some home videos are better than others, but please ask and don't assume!
Q: How does your trades work?
A: Trades normally work on the amount of this you get, no timing. I don't deal to much in timing when it comes to trading, I deal with numbers. For example, if you're getting 5 home videos and 15 appearance... then I get the same from you. It works like that. There are some exceptions with rarer videos, but that is normally how it will work.
Q: How long does it take for you to send stuff out?
A: I am a full time student along with this business so I do the best I can. If you're only getting a tape or two it'll be under a week. If you are getting loads of stuff it can take up to three weeks. It's rare for anything to take that long, but it depends on school and how busy I am. I will keep you updated, and you can ask about shipping before you send your stuff as well. IF you need your tape ASAP then I will ask you send a little extra money and I will ship Priority Mail and ASAP!
Q: Why do you list "Not For Trade/Sale"?
A: It so you can see what I have and what I need. It's mianly for my record, and NO I WON'T TRADE IT DON'T EVEN ASK!
Q: Do you accept refunds?
A: NO! I will replace a tape if it's defective or damaged if you send shipping money. This has never happened to me before so it's very uncommon. I won't refund your money, even if you send back the tapes, because I knwo people who just make a copy of the tape and get stuff for free. There will never be an exception to this rule!
Q: What is your policy on pictures?
A: Pictures go for $1.00 each, unless you have a different reasonable offer. I will give pictures a money back guantee because all of my pictures that I sell are great quality, but I do not have a scanner. I've never had anyone send them back so I know what I mean is what I say! All the pictures are great. If you want extensive details let me know and I will tell you!
Q: Where are your rules and wish list and stuff?
A: All of the Rules, Pricing, Wish List..etc has been moved to "Regulations"
Q: Who is "Other Artists"?
A: Willa Ford, Dream, Hanson, 98 Degrees, Eden's Crush, PYT, Kaci, Hoku, Leslie Carter, BSB, Innosence, Wade Robson, Aaron Carter, Michelle Branch, Vanessa Carlton, LFO, A*Teens, and B*Witched. These are artists that don't sell or tarde as often as the one's that have their own page!
Q: What exactly is a home video?
A: A home video DOES NOT necessarily mean that is it recorded from a camcorder. A home video is simply a video that is not from a tv appearances. There are rare videos that are listed under that page...for example, Britney Spears Rock in Rio or *N Sync in Rio. They're from like a PPV type channel. Also there are two videos that are recorded from a computer type screen and fed into a VCR, those videos are Britney Spears "BOMT" rehearsal and Britney on the Beach. If you have any questions about the videos you're getting aks before sending your payment, I will answer every questions honestly.
Q: Can I send my money right away and then send you a list of what I want?
A: Yes, but only if I have dealt with you in the past. You will have to use the designated prices for what you want though. This means that you are buying a specific amount of tapes and you give me a list to fill up that amount of tapes. This of course is ONLY if I have sold to you before. Please e-mail me right after you send the payment thoughs so I know to expect it!
